Gringo's secret snack.

Sometimes, no matter how close we are to them, they somehow manage to keep up their mischief! Gringo, for example, is what many know as a gentle giant: a very big boy with an even bigger heart (look at those little eyes and see for yourself).

Well, it turns out that not even because he was fed daily by his adoptive parents did he stop wanting to keep eating. Secretly, of course; dog stuff.

Happens to the best of us, the only problem was what he decided to put on his plate.

The snack of the day on Gringo's secret menu was a piece of corn. If you've tried them before, you know no one can blame him!

We assume the snack was so good that there was not even time to chew, for what we found in his stomach during the surgery he required for a severe obstruction was the entire piece of corn.

Luckily, his owners soon noticed a change in his behaviour and brought him to DogLover Animal Hospital right away.

Gringo recovered without problems and returned home as if nothing happened, but no one takes the pleasure away from him!

As was the case, pet parents, watchful eyes save lives!
